We have worked with experiencers and contactees for many years. We have been fortunate to have a significant amount of physical contact with NHI, UAPs, and spirits. We have seen people being completely given false memories while standing directly in front of us.
For example, a person tried to hand me a phone and stated that "there was a call on the phone for me." I looked at the screen, and it was blank. They insisted I take the phone because it was critical that I take the call. So I took the phone and checked the screen. There was no one on the phone, and no one had called. Humans as a species have been studied since the inception of the race.
This study has coincided, paralleled if you will, the technologies that exist now and what is to come.
The humans considered their consciousness and in doing so, so did others.

Whats the difference between the Grays and the Zetas?

Some basic information.

There is a species whom some call the Grays and they have been contacting and interacting with humans since the human species were introduced to this planet.

There are many aspects to the extraterrestrial species, the species known as the Grays (Zetas) consists of 63 races.

Sixty-Two Zeta races belong to a community which are in service to others. (Known as the Hive Mind).

The other race, one specific race purposely excluded themselves from the community and stand apart from the species. (They are known as the abductor race.) and are in service to self.

The Zetas:

The Zetas have evidenced themselves in many ways. They have come in craft 4 times, often landed, and walked around us humans.

Another time they came and showed themselves via a craft encounter to 4 of us during the day. (in full daylight).

The Zetas have offered healing to hundreds of people, and some of the healings have been astounding to say the least.

The Zetas are the first race I encountered from the council of 9 who offered to support humans in their struggle.

The Zetas came two years ago before the pandemic and offered to help humanity.

The Zetas have materialized in our sitting rooms and healed people.

The Zetas abide by humans freewill and so ask permission from higher self to contact a human before incarnation.

My experience with the Grays:

Service to self.

Heal no one.

When they come, they take and offer no explanation as to why they come.

Will try to override your consciousness with their own and force their will on you.

They take genetic material to create biological containers which they try to animate (but fail) due to their inability to relate to the higher self of a being and so they are unable to animate the container (known as the body).

When humans reach out for contact, the Grays take advantage of the human’s naivety and offer them contact with various effigies (taken from the human’s mind) to persuade them to allow them to give their control over to the beings. (Allowing attachments and implants to be embedded into the humans).

The Grays work with Reptilian races to manipulate various contact frequencies used in telepathic communication, and in doing so they create a holographic narrative so that if a human tries to remote view their activities they do not see the truth. Yes, some people claim to be able to bypass this technology, but the technology is layers deep and so the human never really gets to see what is real, and If the human was able to penetrate the technology, they probably would have serious psychological issues.

The Grays also work with astral beings as well as support technologies by other races that are implanted into humans.

Trying to contact ET?

Trying to contact ET and expecting that you will easily do so because YOUR intention is of the highest good is definitely naïve.

And this is what the Grays, Reptilians and other beings rely on.

I came away from an encounter with the Grays once with a bloody nose. Not because we had a physical altercation but because I resisted their telepathic pressure to allow them to control me. It translated to my physical body as a pressure buildup and then I experienced a blood nose directly after the encounter (Extremely uncommon for me).

Else, when the hybrid is placed back outside of the craft they will become dysfunctional. The race consciousness will have been in an escalated form. The Arcturians  
 
As many of you may know, I have spent many years evidencing contact with the Zetas and are very comfortable working with them as a race. They have performed each task as required flawlessly and so we (through them) welcome other races to come.
 
A few months ago, we started getting communication from a being called ArKarNa, and using our evidential processes we are determining at what level of confidence we can have with this specific being and the race as a whole.
 
I saw a stream of light blue energy that coalesced into entities. The Arcturians entities exist as a coalesced race, and they (like a torch light) beam themselves to 3d human containers. This means they do not wholly exist as a higher self-human. They are externalized into this space. They do not have children as we know it and that’s the problem, they have been giving us a narrative as that’s all they could do.

A form is dependent on the dimensional range. Form exists within its own dimensional construct We are not 3d beings.

What do you think the soul nature actually is?
The nature of the soul in its own understanding, its own container, understands that by its own nature it belongs to a class of energies, this class of energies, remains as a whole form, one entity, broken into many forms, many existences, so, saying this, a being is able to incarnate into many states of being in many realms.
The true question to be asked by humans would be. How is it that when the spirit realm is asked about their own existence they do not fully see the “whole” nature of the energy that they really are?
The entity called spirit, knows only its practical self, in its energy form for a short while as it has returned to the spirit realms , once many years have passed it then returns to its true nature, its total, global, universal self. This is where the total energy being exists.
Even the extraterrestrial races which inhabit the universe, work under the same construct of separation of energies from self, those energies whom are able to transmute from one form to the next are able to ultimately move back to their original state, once their journey is completed (some journeys take thousands of years).
The life span of the human race is often a short one, this aides in the alignment of the energy nature, this is known as the spiritual self, all spirit beings once not known by humans in the physical, will move back to their original state.
Many energies "form" the etheric boundaries that spirit beings exist in, these realms are populated by the physical beings who transition to those realms. As the consciousness of the collective human soul has increased exponentially so have the etheric realms used to house the energetic bodies of the transitioned physical being.
Prior to the spark of consciousness of the developing entities on this planet, when no consciousness existed there was no need for a spirit realm, as all energy is and always is, energy was transmuted to consciousness in a form of a cellular construction, a life form on this planet, there was then seen to be a need for a housing of consciousness of the physical being when they had transitioned to the spiritual realm.
If we said to you, where were you before the humans existed, your answer would be in the energetic realms, do you believe your soul is of an eternal nature?
So, that must create a question of your prior existence, of energetic states, "prior to the life issuing forth on the planet".
The spirit realms are like a holding ground, a place of state, where the energy and consciousness is held until no longer needed.
A physical body can hold many energy bodies, usually only one energy body is required to be in one human form at that time of existence.
This is not to say that a human form cannot exist with many different energies. As the mind has many memories, many energies can live simultaneously in one physical form, harmoniously.
The only time a disharmonious relationship occurs is when the being is consciously pulling to themselves, energies of a disharmonious nature.
There are many beings, living in many states, they require no transition process.
It is not possible for a being to be a part of the collective consciousness of a human without an act of will to keep them as part of the collective nature. Ultimately the disharmonious process, will fail and the human entity will pass back to its original form before its time.
Symbiosis is not a constant connection, it is a bringing together of the minds of individual beings for the creative purposes of experiential learning. If a being is living with many entities in a harmonious existence, then this collective, will be “one mind.”
We will take this one step further, many soul facets can combine to form one entity, this means many entities, individual group souls, can combine to form a faceted being, living one existence.

Retired scientist William Treurniet writes about two experiences sitting with Paul and the Zeta's. where he encountered an energetic structure referred to as a dome. In a later sitting, the Zeta's confirmed that the dome was intended to protect dematerialized Zeta bodies from electromagnetic noise in the environment, facilitating freedom of movement between their craft and the séance venue.

We receive emails weekly with questions about why ET use implants in humans, and the answer varies depending on which race we are discussing.

Just as Humans use implants to make physical life easier with devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids and so on, the Zeta Race have demonstrated their ability to use etheric implants to aid a person to hear better (e.g. the creation of an ‘etheric ear’ - http://www.the-zeta-connection.com/testimonials.html). These technologies are given as a testing process to support a human to health and existence in the physical. In these instances, the human would have asked for, or given their permission for the implant. We also know the Zetas and some other races implant etheric technologies to ‘their own hybrids’ (not just any human) to monitor them and their wellbeing.

There are also other extraterrestrial races that offer technology to Humans, unfortunately, under the guise of ‘connecting them to higher vibrations’ - when ‘activated’, be it an implanted etheric device or constructed physical device, they are no longer able to connect to spirits. This happened to a church in Australia where a person bought such a device to a church. The information on how to construct the device came to the person in trance from an ET. Once the device was activated all the mediums in that space could no longer connect to their loved ones or guides. Another example would be a trance medium who had sat for many years, who after agreement with a friend with an ET ‘guide’, allowed themselves to be contacted by the friends ‘guide’. From that point onwards, the trance mediums abilities progressed no further, declining in new ‘content’, and their Spirit communication slowly ceased.

These beings that deceive generally operate in two ways often causing strife and turmoil in a person’s life, or by gathering groups of people to draw energy until either there is no energy left and so the group continually expands, or they move (the person – their ‘host’) to a new group, to begin again. They tell you everything you want to hear – their spoken words are very Human in their approach. These implants cannot be removed by Humans or by Spirits and cannot be seen by Spirits.

To be clear, implants, be they physical or etheric (energy) have nothing to do with spiritual progression. If an ET race offers a person an implant, that person should have taken the time to fully evidence that ET being/s, and more importantly their intent, first. What are the consequences of receiving such an implant?

If the offer of the implant comes indirectly from another person, then again, the beings responsible for the offer needs to be tested and evidenced directly by the person who would be considering the offer of the device. Hard questions must be asked. But a person should not allow themselves to believe that a race is somehow looking to aid Humanity to ascension via implanted technology.

I really do wonder if Spiritualism is starting to lose its way when you consider that there are an infinite number of Spirits who love us and when a person can so easily learn to hear from and speak to their loved ones. Since Spirit people are able to assist people in raising their vibration, why would people use technology from ET races who supposedly love Humans to forward their walk towards a higher vibrational state in Spiritualism?

I can understand that people would like ET contact or even to see a craft up close, and surely one day that will happen. But we are seeing an increased amount of people who are telling us they are being offered technology to allow a race to support the humans into a “new vibrational state”, when all it does is close the doors to those Spirits who are more than capable of lifting them to where they want to be.

Where did Spiritualists in the past like Helen Duncan, Leslie flint, John Sloan write about being contacted and offered etheric implants to help them develop their gifts?

Right now, UFO disclosure is big news across the planet and many scientists are jumping into the conversations as the footage of craft is released to the public. We have to realize that some of these races DO NOT have Humans best interests at heart.

Some of you using ITC and EVP may have even noticed there is an increase in ET ‘faces’ and contact. But why now, and why are people not looking to evidence these beings who say they exist physically?
Is it just too easy to bypass the evidential process and just go with the flow?

These beings who deceive always say they come in love, and it may even feel awesome. They use Human references and are quite capable of using the cultural constructs you hold dear in your mind to convince you of such. They often come with bold statements of future rewards and spiritual enlightenment that never materialize. Really??

I know, for the people reading this, you will jump to one side of the discussion or the other and that’s ok as you have freewill. But remember, if your contact experience goes sideways, you read this post and knew it was possible, but still took the risk.

All of this is, of course, just my opinion formed from decades of fully evidenced contact experience with ET races and Spirits. Non-corporal beings too, must also be evidenced - they are quite able to give Human etheric implants, of course, as that is their natural state of existence. Some beings have tried, as have ‘earth-bound’ Spirits, to trick us in to believing many different things, but as we continually evidence, we can generally sort through the mess - it is never easy, there are no shortcuts – it takes time.

As we as the Human race move forward to join with other races as a universal community, we need to understand that not all races we encounter will welcome us, or even want us in their ranks and so we need to use discernment when dealing with beings, just as you would with Spirits, in or out of their Human bodies.

Heterodyned states of visiting races and the human response

After ten years of missing information I believe they have finally explained their time frames and processes for transition.

Yes Zetas said in 2012 that they understood ten cycles, we see now they were doing a comparable ratio in regards to humans frequency (this is why  they seem to move so fast in craft)

But the other two numbers were never understood. (correctly)

16 is based on moving from one container to the new container (as they must hold themselves in that level of vibration.

32 is when they no longer wish to be in their container and move to the collective mind.

In 2012 the Zetas said:

scientists, e.g., is it electromagnetic in nature?

Zeta: Yes.

Interviewer: What are the average frequencies of the human and
Zeta etheric bodies in cycles/sec? Alternatively, what is the ratio
of the Zeta frequency to the human frequency?

Zeta: The base frequency for Zeta is 10 cycles at a level at a level
where a entity is not requiring a separated level of consciousness,
but, there are other levels of frequency, 16 would be where a being
would be in separation from self for short time, 32 cycles is
required to be in a permanent cycle of separation.

We have seen that humans are between 7 and 8 cycles, some
lower, some higher depending on the frequency a human holds

in 2022 jan they said:

The zetas have stated that they exist in a (vibrational ) elevated time frame which is about ten times faster than a human time frame. So for discussion there is now a comparison of differences for time
measurement. They have called this “compression”.

When the craft enter our atmosphere, they apply compression to their own frequency and in doing so are able to materialize into our physical spaces. When compression is not applied craft cannot be seen.

When craft are seen by humans appearing and disappearing, what’s happening is that they are appearing into our time frame by heterodyning to the human known time frequency ( we will call this the human time frame, HTF) When craft are seen darting from one location to another they are moving in and out of the HTF and so it “seems” they are travelling at incredible speeds within the atmosphere. This also provides information as to how craft enter the oceans and why there is no sonic boom when craft move from one location to another.

Humans and time phase differences:
When a human is about to be taken aboard a craft, they will become disorientated and then blackout due to the heterodyning differences of the craft and the HTF. Once on board a craft they will resume their normal bodily functions. Once they have left the craft, they may have been gone from humanity for an hour, but they have been aboard the craft for ten hours. This explains the growth of hair and nails of humans, within an hour.

Humans cellular structures and seeing beings:
When humans are visited on planet by races, they are able to see distortions (of the races forms) and also may sense a fear-based responses, this is to do with the frequency differences between the human cellular structure and the races physical structures that exist in a different time frame. The human body has no capacity to change frequency at a cellular level. It may then presents itself as being burnt. And so, visitation causes many issues for humans, including a distortion of the humans local construct (the mind)

Healing and contact (also called abduction)
The HTF information also explains how the races can utilize the etheric body of a human being. Since the vibrational rate of the races is at a different ratio than the human form, they easily interact with the etheric form of humans and either, implant technologies which cannot be seen. Or interact with the etheric body in what is considered as an abduction or contact situation.

States of separation and existence:
Consciousness is living a physical existence; it is veiled from its true existence and on passing as a transitional process is moved to a spherical realm where you will stay for a period of time.
This is determined by your belief structures and energies you are currently associated with, being your guides and energies you are working with.

It would be seen that you may transition from this physical state to the temporal etheric realm as a temporary transition state and move outside of that sphere of understanding depending on your initial state of transition of the energy body, prior to the incarnation of the being you are.
This determines where you are to transition to. It is comfortable for you to believe in the spirit realm and existence outside of this corporeal body.

The spirit realms were created to contain the consciousness of a human entity, it was seen that when humans were first created that they required a transitional holding ground, after they had transitioned to this energetic container they could then choose to move back to a physical form if they wished.

Second conditional state:
A human spirit form may be contacted while they are on the physical planet, by a race of extraterrestrials, or, they may be contacted by a race once they are in the transitional realms.

Either way, once this process has occurred, the human may choose what path it wishes to take, in saying this, the human has choice.

Where they decide to manifest, what physical or etheric realms they move to, is up to them, they will quickly know what realm they will be moving to, this will be determined by a process of self discovery in an energetic form and consciousness.

Beings who use this process will bypass the originating spiritual realm container and move to a intersecting transitional realm, this frequency is not available to the transcended human frequencies, but to the hybrid beings, the ones who have moved to a different awareness, in conjunction with a being from another race.

Third conditional state:
The last state is the transitional state of a being who either holds an interdimensional frame work as an existence or a being who holds a physical form in one of the many universes (remember, spirit realms cross physical boundaries, and not all spirit are from the planet earth)
This being will purposely move to a physical existence as a human, their consciousness is one directly connected with their other self, the extraterrestrial or interdimensional self.

How this being is able to live two existences is an interesting discussion, one example is that a being may live 1500 years in earth time, this being through an act of separation may leave their own form and move to an existence in the earth realms.

They live their lives, and when ready, they move back to the original container or place of existence.
The original container has been in stasis, and is in preparation for the return of the original consciousness.

All memories, all encounters and experiences are reintegrated to the original beings mind set, while the being is in the earth realms, they will have a conscious understandings of where they are from, but will not have full access to all memories or abilities.
Most of the full levels of consciousness or higher order process of thought and existence are placed into a collective state, and are reintegrated to the process of consciousness once the being is fully returned to the original form of self.

Yesterday we dusted off the table, loaded the iPod with some funky tunes, and had a good old fashion 'table tipping' séance. We haven't done this for a while, but after a few songs, and with a lot of heart felt enthusiastic singing, the table responded in a variety of ways before it started to dance along with the music.

Initially we all felt a tapping vibration of the table, followed by what seemed like a circular scratching vibration. One of us felt light touches across the back on the hand and a light but very clear touch on the back. As well as slowly and carefully sliding across the floor, the table made fast circular movements whilst moving from one sitter to the next. Two of us heard a bell ringing in the séance room - whilst we do have a bell, it was located on the opposite of the room, high up on a shelf well out the way. We'll certainly be listening out for it again.

Whilst this is always 'good fun', our Spirit friends have advised that 'table tipping' is a very good exercise to help strengthen the medium-Spirit connection. We look forward to the next session.

Question: Your race (the Zeta’s) takes eggs and sperm form Zeta hybrid Humans, with their consent - there appears to be other races doing the same thing.

Answer: Yes.

Question: Why are other races mimicking that process?

Answer: Which race are we discussing?

Answer: They are more intelligent than you know. Often, they do ask for permission but through guile, to beguile, to trick the human. Others do not ask for permission and just take. This is why the capacity to enter back to the collective (collective conscious of the ‘grey species’) is diminished. They (the Abductors) are unable to form a cohesive collective mind for their race.

Question: The Abductors that do ask for permission are suggesting that the humans they are ‘visiting’ are hybrids of their race.

Answer: They would need to take over to possess the fetus. But the ability of the spirit person in the womb has a greater ability to resist. The Spirit would not even see the Abductor consciousness.

Question: So, the Spirit consciousness cannot be removed from the fetus?

Answer: No, they do not have permission, but of course once you are an adult you can be taken (abducted).

Question: What’s the purpose of the extractions of biological material by the Abductors?

Answer: They wish to create containers for themselves, they wish to experience. They do as humans do - they test, recreate and modify genetic material to see what containers can be created. Just as your human race create containers to inhabit. But the process is different for each species. Humans provide procreation and then birthing. Other races produce their own containers. Depending on the race, depends on the container required.

Question: So, the abductors are creating human containers?

Answer: So, it is the latter, they are not, so unadvanced that they would create human containers to populate as they cannot bind to the frequency of the cellular matter of the container. They cannot experience what it is like to be human. That is why you must be in symbiosis through agreement and freewill, for our race to experience what it’s like to be human. To simply inhabit a container without a spirit person means we would not understand human emotions.

Question: To clarify - The abductors are creating genetically modified human containers so they can have experiences in a container modified with Abductor cellular matter? Is that correct?

Answer: Yes, that is correct.

Question: Are you aware of their aspirations/long term plans?

Answer: It is a technique to see difference - to grow and to see capacity. Humans are not the only race they do this with. The mistake is that they negate the capacity for themselves in consciousness to be in symbiotic relationship with Spirit as they have not done so in freewill. Even to the point that if an abductor gray inhabited a human form, there would be no capacity to enliven the human or to keep them alive.

Question: Some humans have suggested the abductors have a long-term goal of replacing all humans with modified containers globally.

Answer: That is amusing. You are saying that others (humans) have said the this race seeks to genetically and generationally go backwards? All of these statements, made by humans, are based around visitation that the mind is unable to perceive. They then create imagery and stories around contact by any race and the mind fills in the gaps.

Question: Why would they mislead women to believe they have been chosen for a higher purpose.

Answer: They are not successful generally when doing this.

Question: Why do they show the mother their child, their biological off-spring?

Answer: If they create the child, it does not have a spirit component as it was not born through the birth process - the human form is not (unable to be) enlivened in maturation technology. If the child is in gestation (within the human mother), then the child has a spirit component. And that is why the species show the parent the child.

Question: So in what sense is the child a hybrid?

Answer: They are not. They are trying to understand how to enliven the human form, and this is using the genetically modified container. 

To inhabit a human form one must understand how the human form operates. They study the child, they study the way the spirit person binds to the container so they can do this within the modified container themselves. They are never successful because each human is different - they may have the same biological structure but the frequency is different. This is why I have said we initially also had the same problem, but through the symbiosis, we would take core samples from our contactees to see if the consciousness would bind to the cellular level of the human container.

 They see it as a methodology for creating a pathway to experience for themselves.

Question: Are they (the Abductors) trying to take over the human race?

Answer: No.

Question: The genetically modified humans (the Human-Abductor hybrids), are the grays able to bind to them?

Answer No, technically you can enliven the body to action, but it cannot be animated as the consciousness (of the Abductor) cannot be entered into the host.

Without spirit there is no capacity to enliven the container.

Some of the most frequently asked questions put to us during online discussion groups and workshops revolve around evidencing our Zeta communicators, such as: can we take photos of them (for proof); can we arrange contacts for people (more proof), and how can we be sure we know they are who they say they are?

These questions, and their answers, have been asked many hundreds of times and have been documented in the many books that are freely available to download (as pdf's) and read, but for quick reference, we'll answer some of them below.

Q: Can we/have we take(n) photos of them to prove to others they are real?

A: The Zeta's prefer not to be seen by humans. They have explained that it forms a connection to them which causes them mental unwellness. The Zeta's that come to our home have to undergo training to be able to be within this environment and withstand some degree of (accidental) 'connection' in this way. Despite this training, they will do their best to remain unseen. As we have been trained ourselves by the Zeta, we are able to see the beings around our house, to some degree, regularly - when they realise that we have seen them, they generally disappear from vision. 

So do we try and take a photo of them when we see them around us? The answer to this is no. We know that they struggle with being seen out of the sitting room environment, which is a highly controlled (by them) environment and are generally nervous around humans as they do not know how humans will react to them (they do not wish to be harmed). We want them to feel comfortable with us in our home, and so we wouldn't do anything to jeopardise them being here by chasing them around the house with a camera just because someone else 'wants proof'. 

Now, the sitting room is an entirely different matter and the Zeta's provide us with many opportunities for us and sitters to see them. In this situation we sit to purposefully connect with them in the way that we have been trained to do. The communicating Zeta will often show their face over the mediums face for the sitters to see, and occasionally, they will change the environment of the sitting room to allow full form Zeta beings to be seen - this is a highly controlled environment in which the Zeta can be seen safely (safely for them) - Many sitters report having seen the face of a zeta 'transfigured' over the medium after a public sitting. Occasionally, after a sitting, the Zeta beings remain in the house and allow themselves to be partially seen by ourselves and the sitters.

It is extremely common for electrical equipment to fail/full batteries to completely drain, in the sitting room, however, on a few occasions, we have been permitted to take photos, some of which are below:

Todays sitting saw Paul in the cabinet.

​The Zeta's were able to create a SQE in the room to allow me to to see a partially formed Zeta being, about 4ft tall, walk through the room, as one of our regular Zeta communicators clearly showed themselves over Paul (at the same time).

Initially the movement of the Zeta made me jump as they appeared to walk through the wall, into the room, and towards the cabinet. I wanted them to know that they'd just made me jump, rather than believe I was not at ease with them, and so I offered my open hand, palm up and in my mind said to them that I was really happy to see them. They then turned, and walked across the length of the room, between me and the cabinet, slowly, so I could see them clearly, and I felt love from them as they passed me, and appeared to walk out the room, through the wall.

I was then able to talk to the Zeta for 20 minutes - an awesome experience! (in the most literal sense of the word!).

We've both worked with Spirit people for several decades - between us, we've over 50 years of experience sitting for internal and external voice box development, independent direct voice, transfiguration and materialisation. As well as sitting for ourselves, we also support others in their development with Spirit.

Working with the Zeta's often means that we have to stop siting for physical mediumship as the two energies are not compatible - think of a radio - you can dial into FM, MW and LW, just not at the same time. This doesn't mean we loose connection to Spirit, as our Gatekeepers are always with us when they are needed, but it means that development in areas such as physical mediumship, has to be put on hold. 

Recently, we have both returned to the cabinet to sit for physical mediumship. We're grateful to have the room for a dedicated space to do this and both sit for each other regularly, as well weekly for our regular home circle sitters - so far, it's been very interesting! 

In the last few weeks we've both seen semi-materialised forms walking around our sitting room; a fully materialised, solid form arm of the communicating spirit has been seen; transfigured, semi solid forms - clear enough to see the Spirit persons clothing over the upper torso and head of both of us have been witnessed, and the early signs of independent direct voice have been heard several times in the room. The spirits are currently working with internalised voice boxes, and the early signs of the development of an independent (externalised) voice box are also evident with both of us. This is currently being done mostly in dim red light (open and closed cabinet), with some periods of complete black out.

Our intention at this point is to continue working with the physical energies. If any of what we have seen over the last few weeks is an indication of what is to take place, it looks like development will be relatively quick (Spirit willing!) - exciting times!

⁠It may be worthwhile thinking about a few other things it could be (I'm not saying it wasn't aliens) but I have learnt a lot about all of the different experiences that are possible.

Two weeks ago i met a person and he swore he had been taken and we discussed it and came to the conclusion it was an astral overlay memory. This is because it seemed a bit disjointed (the dimensions of the room were wrong) These astral memories are very real because they actually did happen (but to someone else)

Every thought, feeling, dream, experience is in the astral realms and is extremely close to us when we are asleep, we can even dream ourselves into the astral...this is because each person has an astral body and as we sleep it starts to blend (sometimes more easily than others) with all of the experiences in the astral.

Often when I'm working with people who have abduction experiences there are definitely things which can indicate an abduction or astral experience.

I am  mentioning it because I feel its very important for people to know they arnt always victims to the abduction phenomenon and that there are other possibilities. Another possibility is also when a spirit enters the house and influences the dream state. (this is also common).

​I have also seen people astralling and leave their bodies and move to other peoples houses and walk around. Its a strange world isnt it.
